YARN DYEING
Akurun’s yarn dyeing department started production
beginning of 2003 with the capacity of 5 tons daily. The
dyeing house is most suitable for cotton yarns but other
type of fibers such as polyester, viscose and linen can also
be processed. Lycra and the other elastans and organic can
also be processed too. As final counts, the mill is able to
dye from 6 Ne counts up 100 Ne in cotton yarns with high
color fastness results. Both reactive and indantren dyeing
processes are available. Other than inside production, this
department gives also service as a contractor and dyed yarn
supplier through the market
